En Fuego

From the walkway in front of our apartments in the city, this was the view
of volcanoes Acatenango and Fuego.

It was one year ago today when I joined 10 other teachers in Guatemala for a 2-day double volcano hike of a lifetime.  I put together some video footage of the trip a while ago, but never got around to posting it.  I thought the one-year anniversary was a good time to finally share it.

You will find the absolute must-see footage of how close we got to mother nature's fireworks display at the 5:25 mark.  Thanks to Adam Hausman and Allan Carver for their video footage.

En Fuego... i thought you were refering to the ND Basketball seed in the NCAA Tourney... I am looking for another impressive run this year. A few breaks and we will achieve and surpass last years showing. (BTW, we should have won last years game... and had we won we would have got to atleast the elite 8 based on my systematic calculations).

Regarding your Guatemala video- you have real talent. Great job, great music and great views... a few more pictures of a. sheahan would have been nice but whatever.

Speaking of which, he and Mr. Richard are going to New Orleans next year to open new charter schools as principals...They both got into this administrative program called new schools for new orleans... Unbelieveable. They will spend next year planning their schools and open the following academic year....

    Keep the faith.

    Go Lima.
