For now, here is our summer video. This is a tribute to all those whose generous hospitality made our 10-week vacation possible. We are often asked if we won the lottery. But besides making travel a priority in our budget, we rely on an amazing network of friends and family around the country and beyond. My grandma says, "You have friends in every darn state and even across the pond." Thanks in large part to the Notre Dame network, she's right. And we are so blessed to have this kind of support. Thanks Nicole. It's called Death and All his Friends by Coldplay (of course). It goes along with the Viva la Vida title track on the album. I don't wanna battle from beginning to end, I don't wanna cycle of recycled revenge, I don't wanna follow death and all of his friends [i.e., sin]. The mini-song tagged on the end is called The Escapist. We dream of making our escape [from death to life].
