Earth Day, Shmearth Day

Sorry James Cameron, but I'm just not into "Earth Day".  And I have no interest in your lame movie either.

I know, many popes have written extensively (long before it was cool) about being good stewards of the earth's resources, and I take out my recycling like everybody else.  But there's something alarming about a pop culture more concerned with the plight of the Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus than the legal dismemberment and skull crushing of thousands of innocent babies every day.

The "Global Warming" crowd has jumped in bed with the "Population Control/Sexual Freedom/Reproductive Rights" crowd, and it's a match made in hell.  Their alliance used to be somewhat secretive, but the secret's out.  (See 2009 Copenhagen Climate Change Conference.)

The mainstream media has dubbed B16 "the green pope," but take a look at what he says about true environmentalism:

“If we wish to build true peace, how can we separate, or even set at odds, the protection of the environment and the protection of human life, including the life of the unborn?” (2010 Address to Vatican Diplomatic Corps)

“If there is a lack of respect for the right to life and to a natural death, if human conception, gestation and birth are made artificial, if human embryos are sacrificed to research, the conscience of society ends up losing the concept of human ecology and, along with it, that of environmental ecology. It is contradictory to insist that future generations respect the natural environment when our educational systems and laws do not help them to respect themselves.” (Caritatis Veritate)

I'm not going to get into the whole "global warming" debate; I'm not convinced - I'll just leave it at that.  But overpopulation is clearly a myth that needs to be exposed - especially since it is being used to justify murdering the vulnerable, inconvenient, disabled, elderly, etc.

Here are a couple short, informative videos on the subject:

...or watch here.

I also highly recommend another set of terrifying videos done by the Population Research Institute on the United Nations Fund for Population Activity (UNFPA)... yes that's the same UNFPA President Bush defunded after learning of their direct involvement in forced abortions and sterilizations.  Funding was quickly reinstated, of course, by you-know-who.

I'll close with one more quote for Al Gore, James Cameron, President Obortion, & Co.:

"Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the earth." ~God

Now there's an inconvenient truth on "Earth Day"!
