After two months out of the womb and growing bigger everyday, he now weighs in at 11 lbs. 12 oz. and is 24 3/4 inches long.  (Look here  to see his original stats).  The doctor said everything looks great and he's doing all the things he should be at this age, including smiling A LOT!  He seems to recognize our voices and faces and loves to be talked to and cooed at.  He is even starting to respond and participate in the conversation.  He interacts with his toys, following them and his hands.  He often stares intensely at his fingers as if he is willing them into his mouth.  I'm sure it won't be long until he succeeds!
