Traveling with 6 adults, 3 children, 8 suitcases (numerous carry-ons), 3 car seats and 2 minivans is every bit of the ordeal that you imagine.  Going to breakfast was a process, but we had a blast nonetheless.  We were able to hit all the San Fran highlights.  For Wyatt (our nephew), most of the highlights involved forms of transportation: airplane, minivan, taxi, bus, BART (subway), ferry (to Alcatraz), and cable car.  I'm not sure there is a better vacation for a 3 year old boy, Ryan and I will have to keep that in mind.

John Paul attended his first baseball game.  We watched the San Francisco Giants play against our home team the Colorado Rockies.  He slept through the first 2-3 innings and then busied himself by eating a corn dog (which is loved) and playing with cup holders.  In about the 8th inning he finally realized we were in a stadium of people with a big field of grass below us.  He was so excited to come to this realization and rejoiced with his arms high above his head.

Fisherman's Wharf, Boudin's, Mission Dolores, Chinatown (House of Nan King), and Sonoma were all on the itinerary before we headed to Los Gatos for the wedding.  My cousin Alex and his bride Katie have dated since they were juniors at Xavier University (GO FLYERS!) and were married in Katie's home town.  It was a beautiful weekend spent with family and Los Gatos was such a fun little town to end our trip in.  

Here are some more pictures from the vacation.  The day we returned was also JP's 11 month birthday.  I did one last photo shoot with him and struggled to get even one good shot.  It is hard to believe that he will be 1 year old soon, but those are thoughts for another blog (to come soon!).
