Playground Fun!

We spend a lot of time at playgrounds now.  John Paul loves a "sliiii" and to climb and hang from all the different obstacles.  He runs and plays and climbs like normal and I get asked questions about how old he is.  When I saw 14 (almost 15) months the other mothers usually look surprised and say something like, "Wow, he is BIG."  or "I can't believe how strong he is."

It's hard for Ryan and I to tell because he's all we know, but I have gathered from other moms that we have a physically advanced child, for his age.  It's actually pretty fun because he really enjoys the playground and we don't have to lift him up, go down the slide with him, "spot" him at every moment.  We watch (Read: we are not neglectful.)  but he is very strong and cautious when necessary.

Here are some pictures I snapped today while we were playing. Fall has finally arrived in Denver and Mama is OH SO HAPPY!!!

Climbing...

and more climbing.

JP likes to swing as well.  It seems like he would fall and
hurt himself but so far he hasn't every lost grip.  This is where we watch closely.

"SLIIIIIIIII!!!!!!"

All stray wood chips should be picked up and pushed through
equipment holes.
